Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Sarina LeSieur, MHA, is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Awaken Health Institute. With more than 13 years of experience leading strategic transformation, culture, and human-centered health initiatives within one of California's largest health systems, she is passionate about helping people create meaningful and sustainable change in their lives.
Throughout her career, Sarina has designed and led innovative programs focused on resilience, professional fulfillment, leadership development, and human flourishing. Her work has supported thousands of healthcare professionals and contributed to nationally recognized initiatives, including programs aligned with the American Medical Association's Joy in Medicine framework. Through this work, she developed a deep appreciation for the connection between health, purpose, relationships, and the ability to fully engage in life.
At Awaken Health Institute, Sarina brings together evidence-informed health education, behavior change principles, and transformative experiences to help individuals reconnect with their health, purpose, and potential. Her passion lies in creating opportunities where people can pause, reflect, learn, and take meaningful steps toward lasting change.
Sarina holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Minnesota and is dedicated to building communities that empower individuals to elevate their health, experience meaningful transformation, and awaken to their fullest potential.
